Cinnamon Rolls
Dough
1 C Milk
3 T Butter
1 Eggs
1 Bag Flour Mix
Warm milk and butter to 110°F
Mix in yeast and let it start to become active (5-10 minutes)
Add flour mix and eggs to yeast
Mix for 8 minutes
Cover and rest for 2 hours
Filling
4 T. Butter
1 Bag Filling Mix
Cream ingredients until light and fluffy (about 5-10 mins)
Glaze
4 oz Cream Cheese, room temp
½ C Butter, room temp
1 t Vanilla
1 Orange zest
1 Bag Sugar Mix
Mix together until light
AFTER DOUGH HAS RESTED 2 HOURS
Preheat oven to 350 F or 325 F for convection ovens
Roll out dough on a lightly flour dusted surface
Roll dough into a rectangle about 10 inch wide and 18 inches long (¼ inch thick)
Spread Filling evenly over dough
Roll dough onto itself to create a long log
Cut 1 ½ inch pieces
Tuck the end under the spiral side on the bottom of the pan
Cover the top of the pan with saran wrap and proof for 1-2 hours (until light and soft)
Bake for 10 minutes, rotate, bake for 10 more minutes or until golden brown
